The Upper Darby Police Department has made available an online form for requesting a copy of an accident or incident report.
The Police Department keeps accident reports for five years and incident reports for three years. Once we have processed your request, we will notify you via phone or email that your report is ready and can be picked up at our Records Room window, which is located in the lobby on the first floor. Please bring ID with you.
There is a fee of $15.00 for each report. We accept cash, check or money order.
